Le Park Concord is dedicated to delivering a beautiful performance and to creating moments when luxury is
felt. Our top priority is to ensure your well-being, safety, and comfort when staying with us.
We have developed and employed a Le Park Concord professional team. It influences your journey
throughout the entire stay, with a primary focus on the following areas:
- Sanitizing stations are available in all public areas of our hotels.
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in guest rooms, lifts, public
areas, and back-of-house areas.
- In order to maximize your comfort, all guestrooms and treatment, and wellness areas will be
sanitized.
- Even with these measures in place, we remain attentive and on hand to craft wonderful moments for
each and every one of you to experience the renowned warm-hearted Le Park Concord services.
By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our
website, you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies and procedures and accept all
responsibility for the reservation.
Booking Conditions
These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the Parties within the scope of
reservations made through the Le Park Concord Hotels & Resorts (hereinafter the hotels & Resorts or Le
Park Concord or we) website. We kindly ask our Customers (hereinafter Customer or You) to read and
understand our terms and conditions before finalizing their booking as by making a booking via our
website, You also accept and agree to all terms and conditions.
- All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
- The rate excludes VAT 15% & Municipality Tax which depends on the hotel tier between 2.5% & 5%.
Check-In Time: 15:00hrs
Check-Out Time: 12:00hrs
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on a relevant day, to be reconfirmed
with the Front Office staff. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.
The reservation process is as follows:
- The Customer selects the Hotel where they wish to stay,
- The Customer selects their arrival and departure dates, and indicates the number of adults and/or
children concerned by the reservation and then clicks on “book”,
- The Customer selects the type of room and then click on “book”,
- The Customer is provided with a summary of his reservation and has the possibility to make any
modifications necessary to their reservation,
- The Customer fills in the “Guest Information” form with their identity and contact details
(information marked with an asterisk is mandatory),
- The Customer choses his guarantee method between the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or
Mada,
- The Customer clicks on the “I have read and agree to the “Terms of Sale” and “Terms and Conditions”,
which are available via a link,
- The Customer then clicks on “book now”.
Please note that no payment is made on the Site. Credit card information is only required in order to
guarantee the reservation.
Once the Customer has finalized the reservation process on the Site as described above, the Customer will
receive a confirmation email which will detail the Customer’s reservation information. If the Terms and
Conditions applicable to the reservation require a prepayment of the reservation, the Customer will also
receive a payment link to their email address, in order for the Customer to prepay their reservation. In
this regard, prepaid reservations are only considered as confirmed once the corresponding prepayment has
been made by the Customer.
Le Park Concord Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in the event of
legitimate reasons such as request(s) in abnormal quantities, dispute with a Customer on previous
reservation etc.
- A reservation is deemed to have been made upon the hotel’s acceptance of your reservation request.
You may receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email after your reservation.
- You are solely responsible for your choice of services and the suitability of those services for
your need. We cannot be held responsible in this respect.
- The Customer does not acquire the right to be provided with specific rooms.
- The Parties to the contract are the hotel and the Customer. If a third party placed the order on
behalf of the Customer, then that party shall be liable vis-à-vis the hotel for all obligations
arising from the hotel accommodation contract as joint and several debtors together with the
Customer, insofar as the hotel has a corresponding statement by the third party.
- Rates published online are not valid for Group Bookings. A “Group Booking” is defined as a booking
for 10 rooms/suites or more with the same or similar arrival and departure date.
- In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking via Leparkconcord.com, the
hotel reserves the right to contact the client in connection with special conditions and rates
relating to Group Bookings.
- In case of any reservation that has been identified as a Group Booking via Leparkconcord.com, the
hotel reserves the right to refuse and cancel any such reservations if the client has not accepted
the hotel's applicable special booking conditions and rates. Exceptions to this are Group Bookings
which are reserved via an authorized and dedicated booking link
- For complaints relating to a hotel reservation, please contact info@leparkconcord.com .
- Any claims against the hotel shall be time barred according to the applicable laws and regulations.
Repudiation by Customer (Cancellation, Annulment)/Failure to
Use Hotel Services (No Show)
Cancellation by the Customer of the contract concluded with the hotel requires the hotel's written
consent. If such is not given, then the price agreed in the contract must be paid even if the Customer
does not avail himself of the contractual services. This shall not apply to the breach of obligation of
the hotel to take into account the rights, objects of legal protection, and interests of the Customer if
holding to the contract is no longer reasonable or another statutory or contractual cancellation right
exists.
To the extent the hotel and Customer agreed in writing upon a date for a cost-free cancellation of the
contract, the Customer may cancel the contract up to that date without incurring payment or damage
compensation claims by the hotel. The Customer's right of cancellation shall expire if he does not
exercise his cancellation right in writing vis-à-vis the hotel by the agreed date.

Reservations with prepayment cannot be changed and/or canceled in any way, and sums paid in advance
as a deposit cannot be refunded.
- If rooms are not used by the Customer, the hotel must apply credit for the income from renting the
rooms to other parties and also for saved expenses.
- At its discretion, the hotel may demand the contractually agreed compensation and to make a flat
rate deduction for saved expenses. In this case, the Customer shall pay a percentage, determined by
the applicable laws or the hotel’s internal regulations, of the contractually agreed rate for
lodging with or without breakfast.
Guests departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights of the
original reservation confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be
reconfirmed with the Front Office staff.
For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period
will be determined by a unilateral decision of the Hotel Management.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 07:00 hours or check-out after 15:00 hours.
Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form.
Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of
cancellation fees.
Group Bookings
Guarantee by bank transfer: The Group is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email
- At least 10 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total
amount shall be granted.
- At least 7 days prior to the arrival date - 60% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
- At least 5 days prior to the arrival date - 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
- If the time for canceling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may
be additional applicable charges and taxes.
- The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the prepaid 50% to confirm
reservation.
- In case of proved death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or Front
Office Manager’s discretion.
- In case the Group arrives the day following arrival before check-out time (12:00 hours), the fee for
No-Show for one night’s stay based on the room category booked, shall apply, and the booking for the
remaining time shall remain valid, unless otherwise defined in the applicable Group Contract. In
case the Group arrives the day following arrival after check-out time (12:00 hours), they shall lose
the booking, unless otherwise defined in the Group Contract.
Corporate Bookings
Guarantee by credit card: The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email
- At least 3 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total
amount shall be granted.
- At least 24 hours prior to the arrival date - 30% refund of the total amount shall be granted.
- If the time for cancelling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may
be additional applicable charges and taxes.
- The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the prepaid 50% to confirm
reservation.
- In case of proved deaths or accidents, a refund -may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or
Front Office Manager’s discretion.
- In case the guest arrives the day following arrival before check-out time (12:00 hours), the fee for
No-Show for one night’s stay based on the room category booked, shall apply, and the booking for the
remaining time shall remain valid. In case the guest arrives the day following arrival after
check-out time (12:00 hours), he shall lose the booking.
Corporate Guest
- A Corporate Guest is a person that is using Le Park Hotels Group services based on a contract
between Le Park Hotels Group and a company or other business organization.

Every Corporate Guest who wants to make a reservation at Le Park Hotels Group has to make a deposit
of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer via
Performa/offer. The rest of the amount shall be charged according to terms set in the Corporate
Contract and/or Offer.
- Group Guests and Corporate Guests may have some special arrangement based on their contract, or
through (RFP) to be sent to Revenue@leparkconcord.com Management.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY:
FIT Bookings:
Guarantee by bank transfer: The guest is allowed to modify/cancel the reservation by email
- At least 10 days prior to the arrival date - no cancellation fees apply and a refund of the total
amount shall be granted.
- At least 2 days prior to the arrival date in normal days - 60% refund of the total amount shall be
granted.
- If the time for cancelling without penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100%. There may
be additional applicable charges and taxes.
- The refund policy is based on the total amount of the stay, not on the prepaid 50% to confirm
reservation.
- In case of proved deaths or accidents, a refund may be granted at the General Manager’s and/or Front
Office Manager’s discretion.
- In case the guest arrives the day following arrival before check-out time (12:00 hours), the fee for
No-Show for one night’s stay based on the room category booked, shall apply, and the booking for the
remaining time shall remain valid. In case the guest arrives the day following arrival after
check-out time (12:00 hours), he shall lose the booking.
- Rooms not occupied by 21:00 hours will be seen as a No-Show unless a prior arrangement has been
made.
- For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season
period will be determined by a unilateral decision of the Hotel Management.
- A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 07:00 hours or check-out after 15:00 hours.
- It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for foreign
guests a valid passport and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of
identity.
- In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Hotel will be entitled to charge a cancellation fee
and, where applicable, all or part of the price payable by the Customer for their reservation, which
will be deducted from the amounts paid in advance, where applicable, or from the amount withheld as
a guarantee (if the reservation has not been paid in advance).
- Any reservation or payment that is irregular, ineffective, incomplete or fraudulent will result in
the cancellation of the reservation, without prejudice to any other right and/or remedy of the Hotel
and/or Le Park Concord.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in the event of a no-show (when the reservation has not
been canceled and the Customer fails to arrive for their stay):
- If the Customer has made a prepayment, then such prepayment will be kept by the Hotel.
- If the reservation has only been guaranteed by credit card, the Hotel will debit a compensatory flat
rate, equivalent to the amount of the Customer’s full reservation, from the Customer's credit card.
The Customer’s reservation will also be canceled without charge unless indicated otherwise in accordance
with the Terms and Conditions.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age or
older to check in
without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of
check-in for age verification.
Hotel Stay, Room Availability, Delivery and Return
- Some of our hotels have Internal Regulations for Customer and you accept to be bound by and
undertake to respect these regulations.
- Our hotels offer WIFI access that allow you to connect to the internet. You undertake to ensure that
computing resources made available by us are not used for any illegal purposes or in any way for
reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public work or object protected by
copyright or related right such as texts, images photographs (and so on) without the authorization
of the copyright holder when this authorization is required. You agree to be bound by all the terms
and conditions of our Wi-Fi provider.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing on the booking confirmation, you are entitled to check in at any
time from 3:00 p.m. on the agreed arrival date. The Customer does not have the right to earlier
availability.
- On the agreed date of departure, you shall kindly vacate your room(s) and make them available to the
hotel no later than 12:00 noon unless otherwise agreed in writing. After that time, on the grounds
of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the contractual time, the hotel may charge 50
percent of the full accommodation rate for the additional use of the room until 6:00 p.m. (after
6:00 p.m.: 100 percent). The Customer is at liberty to show the hotel that it incurred no or much
lesser claim to use damages. The hotel shall act to remedy upon knowledge thereof or upon objection
without undue delay by the Customer. The Customer shall be obliged to undertake actions reasonable
for him to eliminate the disruption and to keep any possible damage at a minimum.
- Insofar as a parking space is provided to the Customer in the hotel garage or a hotel parking lot,
this does not constitute a safekeeping agreement, even if a fee is exchanged. The hotel assumes no
liability for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the hotel's property, nor
the contents thereof, excepting cases of intent or gross negligence.
- Wake-up calls are carried out by the hotel with the greatest possible diligence. Messages, mail and
merchandise deliveries for guests are handled with care. The hotel assumes no liability in this
regards but will make its best effort to deliver, hold, and for a fee forward such items (on
request).
Deposit Policy:
Individual Guest guarantee credit card booking (FIT booking):
Every guest who wants to make a reservation at Le Park Hotels Group has to make a deposit of 50% of
the total amount to confirm the reservation. Through bank transfer.
Group Guest:
Every Group who wants to make a reservation at Le Park Hotels Group has to make a deposit of 50% of
the total amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit had to be settled by bank transfer via
Performa invoice/offer. The rest of the amount shall be charged according to terms set in the Group
Contract and/or Offer.
PAYMENT POLICY:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check-in full stay had to be
settled & 50% of the total stay had to be paid in order to cover any extras or any damages. If
determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all rights to
deduct from the Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount
will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity
for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes,
furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers or irons will be
replaced at the Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is 30 SAR.

PET POLICIES:
Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING POLICIES:
We have smoking and Non- smoking rooms that should be assigned as a preference during making the
reservation. If you forget will be subject to availability during the check-in please ask the front desk
to assist you.
Insurance: The customer is responsible for any loss or damage caused by
the beneficiaries and/or his
dependents inside the hotel and it has been agreed that the beneficiaries adhere to the procedures
that
apply in the hotel, for example, safety and fire, keeping valuables in safes, and he is not entitled
to
demand compensation for any loss or damage in the event of non-compliance with these
procedures.
Country regulations, policies, system…etc.: had to be followed, and the
hotel will not
be responsible for any violation.
Force majeure
We will accept no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of our obligations is
prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances
beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, other
acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water or other utility service.
Settlement of disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute relating to these terms and conditions, you should first contact our Customer
services or the hotel of your stay to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
These terms and conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them are
governed by the laws of the country where the hotel is located.
The courts of the country where the hotel is located have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute
arising in connection with these terms and conditions, including disputes relating to any
non-contractual obligations.
